Two people were killed on November 9,2015.The wreck occurred east of Powers Boulevard between Platte Avenue and Airport Road,near the Colorado Springs Airport and Peterson Air Force Base an 10:58 a.m.The crash created a mini inferno on the grass,it was extinguished at 11:18 a.m.

This current event affects me and my future family because one day or another we will eventually have to ride a plane and it’s scary to think that we could die.This affects the world because not only could a whole lot of people die by plane crash,but the crash could crash into any building there is.yes,anyone on this planet could die.

On October 28,a unnamed teenage male[Name restricted by law enforcement] was stabbed in Scottish city of Aberdeen.That boy died in a local hospital that wednesday.The police have chose not to publicize the name of the boy killed,or there suspects.

I believe things like this cannot be avoided,but this effects me for at any moment I myself could be stabbed and that’s terrifying to know,or one of my close friends.This affects the world because this could happen to any school,not just in the U.S.A. but all around the world

Refusing to go to war for our military,Stephan Funk had the opportunity to get out of his current regiment an DADT but he decided to get out an a crime: unauthorized absence.

I Believe that Stephan Funk never even should have join the Marine Corps if he’s too scared to go to war,he should have known what he was getting himself into when he applied,even then he could have dropped out of durring boot camp.It really stops my clock when people join very proud things such as the corpes only to drop out and never actualy serve our country.

This doesn’t really affect me except inform me about the type of people out there.

Latarious Hughes and Kenneth Hooks have admitted to armed robbery of Daingerfield branch of First National Bank of Hughes Springs in February 27.Hughes pointed a pistol at the teller and instructed her to put money in the mesh bag,she then filled it with $53,654 and handed back to Hughes.Hooks and Hughes then escaped to there home in Longview.

I believe that armed robbers can only be stopped by extreme precautions,such as bullet proof windows for the tellers and a metal detector as to stop robbers from bringing any guns or any person harming substances.My ideas for procausions is not over exajuated,its what I believe will help us.

This event effects me for I no longer trust investing my money into an account in the near future.

This attack an the bank affects the world for it makes the United States appear weak and other rivaling countries could possible see this as weakness and attack us when we least expect it.How are we to protect ourselves against those who are out to destroy us when we have a cancer of bad people destroying us from the inside?EXACTLY.

   There was a breach in Leaguetown High School’s district’s computer server,due to this breach,the school board has decided to shut down the system,outlaw the use of computers within the school,and the police currently have some kids whom they think could have done it.

   This also causes a lot of problems for all the seniors by jeopardizing“Yearbook Day”for without the computer access to the school’s journalism group,the chances of them finishing the yearbook before the due date gets very slim.

   “Yearbook Day for seniors is one of the most beloved traditions at the school.”Said the school’s yearbook adviser,Rodney Stephens”Ten years ago when I came here, I asked the principal if I should eliminate that event, and he was floored that I would even ask”

   Obviously,Yearbook day is very important to the whole community at Leaguetown.

   “Our yearbook representative warned us that if we didn’t make the deadline, the chances of the book arriving before summer break were slim.Said yearbook editor,Alexis Zavia.”We were confident this would not be a problem.In fact, before this computer hacking problem, we were ahead of schedule.”

      Computer hackers can really screw up many things,even without the intention to.

   “Whoever hacked into our system is bright.They didn’t leave any traces.The police are getting closer to the hacker, though.He or she left a few bread crumbs for us to follow.”

    Last friday,Russia and Ukraine ended months of uncertainty when they reached an agreement on supplies of natural gas from Russia to Ukraine,the United States has reason to believe that russia is supplying the Ukraine in its fight with Crimea.

  I have no idea how any of this is any of  our concern,besides if we get into a fight with Russia or the Ukraine,we will also have to fight the other,this could build up and possibly even lead to another world war.This event affects me because, like i have previously stated, could lead to another world warm,and personally,i don’t believe i know a soul on this earth that can survive a nuke,speaking of nukes,if we do go into another world war,it would be nuclear,which would effectively wipe out the majority of the population off the face of the world!

    The commander of the Navy SEALs,rear admiral Brian Losey, is recommending that the naval special warfare units be open to women,however he warns that if they should join,there will be a greater risk of injury and the service will be pressured to lower its standards,however,they won’t.

    Personally,I Don’t believe that women should be able to be combat troops in our armed forces to begin with,there naturally not as easily compatible with the requirements,I believe that women can still support our God blessed country by any other means for women that become P.O.W[Prisoners Of War]usualy get rapped…,but,in a different area! I still believe that it would be a whole lot easier being a male and attempting to join the special force unit. Don’t take me me as sexist,but it’s been proven by scientist all over the world that men have denser bones and muscles than women.This event affects me because if I don’t get a football scholarship by the time I’m a senior,than I’m going into the marines and I currently have no plans to leave.Ever.The article itself affects me because people I’ve ever cared about have been rapped.This affects the world because we will now have women in our special forces groups to combat our enemies.

    RHHS will be starting an open lunch policy on 11-23,lunch periods will be extended by 10 minutes,giving students a 45 minute lunch.This policy was granted due to “phenomenal test scores”over the past three years.

    Wal-Mart usually doesn’t build their stores within 75 miles of each other,but in rock hill,there making an exception and will complete building the the next super Wal-Mart in May of 2006.A petition is going around and a town meeting will be held an 3-15 over the construction of the Wal-Mart,here are there thoughts:Wal-Mart feels that since RH is such a ever expanding community,they will  be able to handle it,however,the community believes that it will disrupt local businesses.

     Saluda Trail principal,Mr.Fred George, called Ms. Mobley and informed her of a 6th grader named Napoleon Dynamite and that he’s been tested several times and has proven to be a genius.Because of this status,Mr. George would like him to move up to RHHS,a High school with the intention for Napoleon to get into Medical school earlier and so he”Doesn’t waste any time in middle school.

The Child Abuse Center in Baltimore released a survey yesterday showing the number of child abuse cases rose from 2.6 million to 2.7 million,and that three to four children die in the united states alone.Among the death toll numbers seventy-nine percent of deaths were among children under age 5,more than half the total of children who died were under age one.

Firefighters of the Los Gatos fire department arrived to the 2300 block of main street at 3:30 a.m. and found the two-bedroom home on fire,and quenched the fiery inferno  in five minutes.After the fire was out the Fire officials said the fire was ignited by a lit cigarette and a sofa and caused $76,000 in damages and gave the homeowner,Kathy Mahoney minor burns and her hands and feet after being awakened by the smoke and flames.
